The starter fit LAVs were easy to destroy anyways so those that used the starter fits only didn't last long. So now people will be sticking with the logistics LAV, or blood raider sagas. Basically people are going to be sticking with the LAVs that are harder to kill , again getting rid of the free LAVs didn't fix anything. In fact there was no reason to get rid of it |

Ok I've seen plenty of threads where people say "CCP do you hate ____________" , I don't think they hate any of the stuff in this game, they just have a really really really really hard time trying to balance things out. |

Seriously... I don't say this much but HTFU guys.
Free LAVs were a problem with murder taxi. The playerbase pays a very small price with their disappearance.
They shouldn't have even been in the game in the first place.
the free LAVs were a problem for a bit, soon after uprising plenty of people carried av gear that could wipe them out easily. Getting rid of the free ones didn't solve anything. Those are now just used for transport or for idiots that thought they could run a bunch of people over but instead get blown up quickly. They need to put an update where the LAV takes damage every time they run someone over, not this pointless s*** that they've done |

But honestly... it was time to remove the free LAV as well. Spend the 100k SP and skill into a halfway decent LAV and buy a couple. Its not that bad, it really isn't.
sure so now the people who hardly use LAVs but to only get around have to spend 100k sp and plenty of isk just to get around(heavies). Great CCP found a way for people that barely use LAVs to spend more isk and even more if they get blown up. |
